For less than 3 days period is required a supplement of 20% on the daily price

 

THE RATE INCLUDES:

• full board with continental breakfast, lunch and dinner with choice of menu, fresh fruit
• beach place from the third row consisting of umbrella, a deck chair and a sun bed
• a parking space
• the wi-fi inside rooms and the common parts of the main building
• air conditioning in the room

The rate does not include drinks, tourist tax and anything not mentioned in “the rate includes”.

 

There will is no detraction in case of arrival day delay or advance in the departure, for absence, even partially, or not consumed meals

 

The service starts with lunch on the arrival day.

 

For unoccupied beds within a room, for whatever reason, the required fee will be € 30,00 per bed per night.

The room changes required  will be subject to the payment of a supplement of € 6,00 per person

Change of towels and sheets is provided twice a week. For more frequent changes, a supplement will be required:

• towels set € 6,00
• sheet set € 6,00

 

Access to the property is allowed only for guests; relatives or friends who wish to use it must request at the reception.

Even in the case of daily visits to the guests is necessary to deposit a document and pay the relevant daily rate. (ART. 109 T.U.L.P.S.)

The daily stay cost is:

• simple guest € 5,00;
• for every meal in the dining room € 20,00 (discount for children based on age)
• breakfast €10,00
